Since joining us earlier this year, head chef Valerio and his team are continously adding new dishes on the menu. Recently we added  a delicious and healthy spiedino di pesce e gambero - a grilled salmon, swordfish, king prawn and courgette skewer served with salad and lemon. We also have a fresh octopus & potato salad for seafood lovers and a creamy burrata dish with delicate smoked salmon. For mains we have added a tagliata di controfiletto, a grilled and sliced sirloin steak with deep fried courgettes and pecorino cheese shavings, as well as a swordfish fillet.
